Terms

The agreement between your company and Plunge AI for the work Plunge AI Agency makes for you. You accept it on the start form, and we record the version you accepted. When these terms change, the version below changes and we ask you to accept the new one.

Version 2026-10-13 · Pending legal review

What we make

We make finished marketing work for your company with AI agents: ad creative, landing pages and lifecycle email, and other work we agree with you in writing.

Your package sets how many deliverables a period includes and how many revision rounds each one has. What counts as one deliverable for each kind of work is set out here once final.

Two limits apply today. We publish to Google Ads only, into your own account, and publishing waits for Google's API access; until then you get the finished files in your workspace. We write lifecycle email but do not send it for you.

Review and approval

AI agents produce the drafts. Every piece passes automated checks against your brand profile, your approved claims and the rules for its kind of work. A person at Plunge reviews your first pieces of each kind, anything with people, a new claim, a regulated product, video or ad spend, and a sample of the rest.

Your approver then approves it, asks for changes or declines it, in your workspace or from the link in the review email. Every piece is approved before anything is published.

Nothing is published or sent automatically today. If we offer automatic publishing or sending later, it will apply only to the kinds of work you opt into, and you can withdraw that at any time; how it works is set out here once final.

Accepting delivered work

When we deliver a piece for your review, you approve it, ask for changes or decline it. If you do none of these within 48 hours, the piece is deemed accepted, and we remind you before that time runs out.

A deemed-accepted piece counts as delivered for your plan and for the turnaround, and for nothing else: nothing is published, sent or spent on your silence.

We apply deemed acceptance only once those reminders are live in your workspace, and we tell you before we start. Until then, work counts against your plan only once it is approved. The reminder times are set out here once final.

Revisions

Each deliverable includes the revision rounds your package lists. Ask for changes with a short note, and the agents make a new version from it.

Past the included rounds, a further revision is a change order with its price. It runs only after your approver accepts it in your workspace, and accepting it invoices that price. If you decline it, nothing runs and nothing is charged.

Turnaround

Each kind of work has its own turnaround, counted from a complete brief and stopped while the work is with you for review. Unless your package lists a shorter one, the first version of an ad set or a landing page is due within 72 hours, an email set within 48 hours, and custom work within 120 hours. Each revision round you ask for has its own, shorter turnaround: 24 hours for an ad set, a landing page or an email set, 48 hours for custom work. Every request in your workspace shows its due time.

A rush halves the turnaround (never under 12 hours) for the rush price shown on the brief form; it is a change order your approver accepts, and nothing is charged until then.

If we miss a turnaround, the remedy is one of two things: a piece paid for on its own is credited to your Stripe balance at its price, and a piece from a monthly package does not count against that month's included work. The remedy is applied once per request and recorded in your workspace; a failed run's credit is never doubled by it.

Results

We make and deliver the work. We do not promise what your ads, pages or emails will achieve, and nothing in these terms is a guarantee of results.

A checkpoint on the numbers we agree with you, and what follows when they are not reached, is set out here once final.

Credits and refunds

Failed work is never billed. A production run that fails uses none of your plan's deliverables, and when the request was paid as a single piece, its fee is credited back once to your Stripe balance, which your next invoice draws on.

Any other refund is set out here once final.

Pausing and cancelling

Monthly plans run month to month. Your approver can pause, resume or cancel a plan from the Billing page of your workspace at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we remind you seven days before each renewal.

We tell you at least 30 days ahead of any change to your plan's price.

Ownership and your data

When you approve a deliverable, we assign to you all the rights we hold in it, for any use; each asset's rights record says so. Rights sets out what that means and where the limits are.

We do not train or fine-tune any model on your brand profile, briefs, claims, deliverables, feedback or performance data.

The services that process your data are listed under Who processes it, and how we use AI and disclose it is on AI disclosure.

Ad platforms

The ad platforms decide what runs on them. A platform can disapprove an ad or restrict an account under its own policies; that decision is the platform's, not ours.

We check every ad concept against the platform's policies. That lowers the risk of a disapproval; it does not remove it, and we give no indemnity for it. See Indemnity.

What we will not do

  • run networks of fake personas or accounts;
  • post automated comments or replies, in your name or anyone else's;
  • write reviews, or offer or arrange incentives for them.

We do not take on work that asks for any of these.

AI labels

Every deliverable carries an AI manifest that records how it was made and the AI disclosures it needs on the channels it was made for; AI disclosure lists the rules. Your workspace shows the disclosure each approved asset needs, and when you run the work yourself, you keep those labels on it.

We do not work with creators or influencers today. If creators become part of the work, their sponsorship disclosure is set out here once final.

Data processing agreement

If your company needs a data processing agreement for the personal data we handle for you, our processor-to-controller template is at /dpa; write to legal@plungeai.com and we put it in place with you in writing. Privacy says what we keep and where it lives; Security says who processes it and how it is held.

Write to the same address with any other question about these terms.

If we stop the service

Your approver can download your workspace's data at any time from the Billing page of your workspace: your brand profile, claims, requests, deliverables with their manifests and rights, decisions, timeline and billing lines.

If Plunge stops the service, we tell you at least 60 days ahead, and before it stops we give you a full export: that data and the files of every deliverable you approved. The security page carries the same statement.
