Notes

What changed in the service, dated, newest first. Each note describes something that is deployed on the day it names, nothing planned. This page is where we post: we have no social accounts yet.

The user guide is live

One page, three parts: for clients (sign in, confirm your brand, send a brief, review the work, read the numbers, your controls), for the agency team (roles, the day, every screen, settings, the exception queue, the scheduled jobs) and how the system works (the lifecycle of a brief, the pipeline, the checks, the brand brain, the money, the jobs; diagrams and screenshots).

It is linked from inside your workspace and from the footer of every page here. It describes the product as deployed, so when the product changes, the guide changes in the same deploy.

Every image format you ask for, per concept

An ad creative brief now renders each concept's image in every format you tick: square (1:1), vertical (9:16) and wide (16:9), each at its real aspect. The price you see before you submit counts one image per format, and the render equals the quote.

Your brand kit grew with it: fonts, product photos and past winning ads. Product photos are described once and handed to image generation as references, so the product in the ad is your product. Every week a librarian reads what you approved and declined and proposes edits to your brand's Do and Don't lines; the agency applies them as a new brand version you can see and we can restore.

The weekly report explains itself

Your weekly digest now opens with a report: the headline number for the week, how it compares with last week and with your baseline, which pieces moved it, what is queued next, and the source of every number. The same report sits in your workspace and on the agency's side, so both read one page.

Numbers come from your own accounts. You can also import a Google Ads or Meta CSV export from an account you already run: rows are matched to our pieces by tracking tag or title, you see a dry run first, imported numbers are labelled as imported, and nothing is counted twice. Landing pages we make carry a vetted analytics tag, UTM parameters and, if you want it, our lead form, and the tracking is checked before launch.

Turnaround in hours, a remedy, and a clean exit

Turnaround is published per type of work and per revision round, in hours, and the terms say what happens when we miss it. A rush is a priced option you decide on, never a surprise. Work you do not answer gets reminders, then counts as accepted after 48 hours by default; the clock and the rule are written down.

Your approver can fix the text of a piece in client review without a new run, and every piece carries the reasoning behind it in plain words. When a plan ends, your connections are revoked and you take your work and your data with you as one archive. What happens if we stop the service is written down too.
